About The Position

This position is responsible for helping end-users who are having any computer related hardware or software problem for Froedtert & Community Health's Information Systems. Problems may be related to personal computing hardware, MS Windows desktop operating systems, MS Office products, miscellaneous client access software and a variety of other software programs. This position may also have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality, performance and availability of business applications running on the hospitals' network.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant Help Desk and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of IT services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Professional interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels of hospital personnel, vendors, and IT staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
