About The Position

Position Overview: Performs all duties as needed for customer service, account management, sales reporting, administrative support, and HR liaison for Belleville facility.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years prior experience in an office environment handling customer service requests, administrative tasks, reporting, etc.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access required.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • customer service oriented
  • attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes
  • Process purchase orders
  • Invoices
  • Issue credit memos / RMA
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • New customer set-up
  • Collect and maintain tax certificates or tax exemptions
  • Process W-9’s
  • Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers as requested
  • Monthly commissions report
  • Review and submit hourly timesheets for payroll
  • Monitor and institute corporate HR directives
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Greet visitors
  • Other duties as assigned
