30-35 hours per week (full time) $20.00 per hour M-F 9 – 3pm (Spanish Speaker Preferred) Card fulfillment, shipping and delivery Process order requests through company portal Manage FedEx account operations Allocate card stock to appropriate agents Inventory management Utilizing company portal to track inventory Place requests for new inventory Agent support Contacting agents regarding shipping and inventory requests Follow up with Agents upon receipt of card fulfillments Confirming with agents inventory Call handling for overflow of call center Client onboarding support Assisting new clients with our technology and processes Assist with calls when center experiences high volume
