To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As a Client Service Transaction Associate, you will support the Private Banking Team by processing high-risk transactions while adhering to compliance policies, internal controls, and procedures. High-risk transactions include, but are not limited to: money movement, account maintenance, and new account opening. You’ll handle daily servicing and ensure timely resolution of client and banker requests by leveraging your product knowledge and available tools to efficiently execute transactions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Client Service Advisors, Associate Private Bankers, and Private Bankers to ensure client requests are executed accurately, allowing bankers to deepen client relationships. To successfully perform the work, you'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
