About The Position
Matrix Sciences International Inc. provides a uniquely comprehensive scope of laboratory, advisory, research and data management services that support our customers' confidence in bringing safe, quality food to market. This work allows clients to identify potential contamination before it impacts their products and helps them feel confident that their products meet their quality standards and are safe for consumption in the market. A qualified candidate is responsible for communicating effectively with clients, prospect clients and staff in order to provide timely and accurate information regarding Matrix Sciences services, testing results, test requirements and shipping. Responsible for supporting customers by providing accurate and helpful information as well as working to resolve customer questions or complaints while delivering outstanding customer support. Acts as a liaison between our company and our clients. They are the front line of support for clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
