About The Position

The position involves providing customer service support to clients and Allied field representatives for Allied's Point of Sale system, iQQ. The role includes delivering product information, systems support, assessment, and troubleshooting of issues via phone, chat, and email to clients, their members, and Allied field representatives. The focus is primarily on multiple products including Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP), Auto Deductible Reimbursement (ADR), Vehicle Protection Plans (VPP), Depreciation Protection (DPW), and Credit Protection products.
