The position involves responding to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints. The individual will resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, or service, and will handle client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
