Requirements

  • An associate degree (or higher), or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail and organization with a strong sense of accountability
  • Confident, polished, and articulate with polite and clear communication skills
  • A self -driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Someone who is personable and would enjoy building relationships with the families we serve.
  • No licenses or special certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly voice clients see and hear — answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in person.
  • Manage and maintain multiple calendars via Salesforce CRM; set up client appointments and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client profiles, document interactions, execute proper follow up.
  • Resolve client questions, complete transactions, money movements, and routine client account maintenance.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing US Mail and help keep us compliant with company standards.
  • Help with general administrator tasks across the team.
  • Support our marketing and client‑appreciation efforts — gifts, events, birthdays, etc.
  • Keep the office stocked and running smoothly
  • Stay on top of compliance requirements and uphold high professional standards.
  • Deliver a ‘WOW’ experience!
