About The Position

Strongpoint Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors. This role supports day-to-day client inquiries, maintains accurate documentation and workflow systems, and collaborates closely with Operations and Pension Administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a growing organization that values collaboration, accountability, and high-quality client service. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary location of our teams and clients, candidates from the Central and Eastern time zones will be prioritized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Strong time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Pension or Retirement Plan Administration preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat (creating/editing fillable forms, merging documents) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries from clients and advisors
  • Serve as the initial point of contact and route requests to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and manage client CRM and workflow systems
  • Organize and maintain confidential retirement plan documentation, network folders, and related records
  • Create and update email templates; manage mass client communications
  • Support special projects for the Operations and Pension Administration teams
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the client portal
