Strongpoint Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors. This role supports day-to-day client inquiries, maintains accurate documentation and workflow systems, and collaborates closely with Operations and Pension Administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
