About The Position

This position is eligible for shift differential pay. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead
