  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Manage and resolve missing court documents by coordinating with relevant departments/courts/clients to provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of actions taken for tracking and additional follow up.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Prepare supporting documents to complete the process.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a client service or customer support role.
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience working in fast paced service-oriented field.
