We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist who’s sharp, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment where accuracy and service both matter. This isn’t a “quiet support” role — it’s for someone who enjoys momentum, juggling multiple priorities, and being the reliable backbone of the team.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry is required.
- 2+ years supporting a financial advisor or similar office role preferred.
- Comfortable using and learning new software.
- CRM experience — Wealthbox a plus.
- Ability to obtain a TX Life & Health License within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities
- Handle client service requests like withdrawals, beneficiary updates, and account changes quickly and accurately.
- Take incoming client calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Prepare client meeting summaries, reports, and materials ahead of every review.
- Process new business applications, follow up on pending items, and keep clients informed through each step.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in our CRM (Wealthbox).
- Support advisor licensing renewals, paperwork, and event logistics.
- Anticipate what needs to be done next — and make it happen without waiting to be asked.
