CLO & Private Credit Services was started back in 2000. Our staff of professionals provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, and custodian services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients, which are the collateral managers of Collateralized Loan Obligations. You must have a deep understanding CLOs, ABLs, compliance test calculations, bank loans and other complex fixed income structures. You will provide oversight of day to day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls such as overdraft reports, annual reviews, and outstanding deal compliance.
