About The Position

-Answer all phone calls following the CFSB standard and procedures -Maintain accurate phone logs for all calls -Attend weekly team huddles -Actively refer/cross-sell to clients -Request the business of prospects and log all referrals -Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines -Learn and comply with all CFSB policies, procedures, and standards -Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader PM22
