We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Chandler office, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every client and guest.   • 15+ years of front reception office experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a professional services or financial services environment

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
  • Respond to client inquires on administrative questions
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages
  • Assists in the inventory management of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintains clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
  • Accurate data entry into database/CRM
