We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our North America Client Service team. Client Service Specialists support Relationship Managers by helping to plan client calls and meetings, gather and review meeting materials, communicate with clients, write meeting notes, execute follow-up, uncover potential cross-sell opportunities, and ensure a best-in-class client experience. The candidate should be a dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented, and confident individual who is interested in the financial industry and seeks a long-term path into institutional client service, sales or consultant relations. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.
