  • Provide comprehensive client service for the firm’s clients and support for Lead and Support Advisors.
  • Correspond with clients (electronically and verbally), manage accounts (opening and transferring accounts), process check requests, money transfers, and draft letters of instruction.
  • Liaise with custodians, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work, including documenting, completing, and tracking completion of client-related tasks.
  • Initiate workflow processes and ensure that checklists are generated and completed for meetings.
  • Prepare for client meetings by generating reports and any other documents the Lead Advisor may need.
  • Monitor client account activity, research and resolve issues, and follow-through to ensure client’s needs are met.
  • Update and maintain Service Team training guides as necessary.
  • Organize, scan and maintain all client paperwork.
  • Assist in greeting clients and visitors, screening and transferring calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Multi-task, organize and complete all other projects as assigned by management.
  • Minimum associate degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a registered investment advisory firm or financial services field.
  • Intermediate finance and custodian knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are required; ability to work under pressure and beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Personable, warm, engaging; Client first attitude; Supports a team environment.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
