About The Position

We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Waukee, IA . Essential Responsibilities: Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards. Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits. Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies. Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks. Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements) Gather quotes from online platforms Assess quotes and binders on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients Qualifications: Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred. Experience : Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Licensing : Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire. Technical Competencies : Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
  • Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.
  • Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
  • Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.
