About The Position

Aon is looking for a Client Service Specialist I !
As a Client Service Specialist you will contribute to the success of our industry-leading PEO team. This is a 100% remote role with the working hours is CST or EST.

What the day will look like

Requirements

• Interpreting client requirements documents
• Data management experience
• Skilled with data management. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
• Data Entry experience
• Property and casualty license preferred, or required within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate well with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful

Responsibilities

• Process certificate/ policy requests
• Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
• Data management
• Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
