About The Position

A client-focused contributor with 2-4 years of experience (preferably in financial services) to manage client relationships, oversee operational teams, and drive process improvements. You will join State Street Global Delivery supporting asset owners and managers with essential financial tools and services. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality investment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong technology skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.), problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership within teams and among peers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, including time management and multitasking capability.
  • Accuracy, detail orientation, and aptitude for math.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for operational activities and client inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of exceptions to mitigate risk and deliver excellent client service.
  • Monitor and oversee the performance of Shared Service Teams, global Centers of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and dissemination of net asset values for client portfolios.
  • Maintain working knowledge of process operating models and assist with deployment of operational changes and technology enhancements.
  • Implement standard practices, processes, tools, and automation; recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in research and resolution of client issues, compliance/fiduciary reviews, and audits.
  • Display expertise in functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines; attend training as required.
  • Proactively share and promote new ideas to support process improvements and changes.
  • Respond in a timely manner to internal and external issues and queries.
  • Apply appropriate risk escalation chains, matching context and policy (e.g., operational issues to managers, suspicious transactions to Compliance).
  • Volunteer for ad-hoc projects and assist with last-minute requests as needed.
