Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Problem solver, able to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills, client-focused, sales-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Technical sales or related experience is a plus
  • Experience with HVAC or related business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Will be trained on all store processes: sales, shipping and receiving, order staging, purchasing, warranty, basic HVAC
  • Answer client calls, identify parts and provide support to clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone and over the counter
  • Order required parts
  • Responds to client's inquiries or questions regarding products
  • Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions
  • Responsible for maintaining transactions via the cashbox/ drawer, checks and credit cards, as well as balancing at the end of the day
  • Responsible for warranty administration
  • Stocking and general appearance of the showroom.
  • Maintains accurate inventory status by adhering to proper processes and procedures
  • Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled
  • Possesses knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients
  • Follows up, either verbally or in writing to ensure client satisfaction
  • May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Handles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary
  • Maintains training in order to keep up with new products and technology
  • Flexibility to work overtime, as required
  • Other duties as assigned
