Requirements

• Previous veterinary reception experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face.
• Saturday availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional first impression for our clients and their pets.
• Manage phones, schedules, and client communication like a pro.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Guide clients through check-ins, payments, and product recommendations.
• Share your knowledge about pet care essentials (like flea & tick prevention or heartworm meds).
• Keep things organized — from medical records to keeping our hospital looking its best.
