As a Client Service Representative at VCA Roberts Animal Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our mission of prioritizing pet health and delivering excellent service is realized every day. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, greeting them warmly and guiding them through their visit. Your role will involve a variety of customer service functions, including answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for presenting and explaining fees to clients, processing payments, and recommending products and services that meet their needs. This includes educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care topics, such as heartworm prevention and flea control. You will also manage medical records and correspondence, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential, and you will be expected to assist with hospital maintenance, including the removal of animal waste and ensuring that the facility is tidy at all times.
