About The Position

VCA Dog and Cat Hospital of Tiffin​ is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our exceptional team!
VCA Dog and Cat Hospital of Tiffin is a full-service, state-of-the-art veterinary facility, proudly offering advanced care in orthopedic and complex soft tissue surgery, as well as internal medicine, dermatology, and reproductive services.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
• Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
