Requirements

A positive, upbeat person who thrives in a busy environment
Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing
A team player with strong communication skills
Able to stay calm, organized, and kind, even on hectic urgent care days
Being comfortable with basic math is a must

Nice To Haves

Veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine empathy
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help manage urgent care flow
Communicate clearly and kindly, whether it’s a routine visit or a stressful moment
Support our veterinary team to keep each day running smoothly
