Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them. Requirements

Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times
Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems
Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs
Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately
Assist with emergency triage and timely communication
Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
