About The Position
Peak Paws Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, 24/7 veterinary practice providing emergency and rehabilitation care for pets. We are committed to work-life balance, offering schedules that allow team members to prioritize family, social, and academic commitments. Full-time staff work 4 days per week (36 hours) with schedules posted at least one month in advance, and paid time off accrues continuously. Comprehensive benefits begin on day one. What You’ll Do: Greet clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with client concerns and questions, and coordinate with referral doctors and the local veterinary community Provide clear, compassionate information about pets’ visits Assist with check-out and payment options Support the veterinary team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in veterinary reception, client service, or customer support preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing veterinary support role.
