We are seeking an experienced Client Service Professional to join our team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering exceptional care, who has open availability and is eager to work. A Client Service Representative performs a wide range of administrative activities related to quality patient care and excellent client service, management of client finances and accounting, The applicant must be a reliable self-starter, motivated by a challenging, fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have veterinary experience, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor towards both animals and people, will be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and can demonstrate the importance and understanding of high quality customer service. The schedule for this position will be based on the needs of the business which will include days, evenings, and Saturday's. We are currently open Monday- Thursday 9a-7p, Friday’s 9a-5p and Saturday’s 8a-2p The information in this position description indicates the general nature and level of work to be performed.
