About The Position
VCA Creekside Animal Hospital is seeking a client service representative to join our team. Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 730-530 and Saturdays 730-1130. 4-4.5 days a week will be the schedule. Rotating Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Make appointments
- Review medical information and discuss vaccine info with clients
- Collect payments
- Schedule appointments
- Cleaning
