About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team for evening/weekend hours! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Part-time position for Evening shift and weekends.
  • Roughly 29 hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
  • Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
