Job Summary: A Client Service Representative (“CSR”) is a critical role on the front lines assisting customers with a variety of bank products and services. The CSR position requires knowledge of universal banker (teller) transactions as well as operational functions. A CSR provides excellent customer service by being friendly, courteous, cooperative, attentive, and efficient when working with all customers, vendors, and bank employees. A CSR prioritizes collaboration and constructive work-relationships with all bank employees, fostering a supportive and positive environment. A CSR is the first point of contact for incoming calls for all bank branches as well as performs ITM teller functions for various bank branches.
