Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1+ years of commercial lines account management
- Property & Casualty License Required
Responsibilities
- Review and process policies, endorsements, and audits, coordinating endorsement requests with insurance carriers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage insurance documentation and reporting, including issuing certificates of insurance, ordering MVRs and FR-19s, and updating driver information
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to client requests and maintaining strong client relationships
