This is a 12 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer support for the Arbitration Hub
  • Work independently to provide immediate availability and professional service
  • Provide documentation within company systems
  • Make decisions to eliminate impedance for customers to buy cars
  • Partner with all parties to keep them informed of the status of open issues
  • Work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard processes
  • Create a list of best practices
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, including problem solving and consulting with dealers
  • Educate dealers about Manheim and ancillary partners
  • Identify, assess, and resolve issues, and determine necessary communication with central functions such as IT or Product, or other Manheim Partners
  • Train across other departments on resolving different client issues
  • Provide responsive, timely telephone, chat, and email support
  • Act as the single point-of-contact for issues from identification through resolution as often as possible
  • Oversee and monitor the resolution to all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments
