This role is unlike traditional sales jobs. You won’t be cold-calling or knocking on doors. Instead, you’ll engage with union members who have already requested information about the benefit programs available to them. Your responsibility is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and ensure they fully understand the programs designed to protect their families. Each day brings a new opportunity to connect with members, schedule appointments, and conduct virtual or in-person benefit consultations. You’ll help individuals make informed decisions about their coverage while developing valuable communication, leadership, and business skills that can propel your long-term career growth.
