About The Position

At VCA All About Pets, we pride ourselves on providing compassionate, high-quality care for our animal patients in a fun, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients.

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, with occasional holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Process payments and handle client billing questions
• Communicate effectively with the veterinary team regarding patient needs
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Occasionally assist with basic animal care tasks under supervision
