About The Position

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with union members who request benefits information.
• Conduct presentations that clearly explain programs and coverage options.
• Guide members through the decision-making process, ensuring they understand their benefits.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain quality control standards in all communications and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and training programs.
