About The Position

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assisting union members who have requested information about their benefits. This is not cold-calling or door-to-door work—your conversations will be with members who are already expecting your call.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage appointments with union members.
