About The Position
VCA East Anchorage Animal Hospital is looking for a full time customer service representative to join our busy seven doctor practice. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can multi task with ease, is exceptional when it comes to customer service and has a passion for animals. Job duties include appointment scheduling, greeting clients, directing patient flow, computer invoicing & record keeping, reminder calls for scheduled appointments, and cashiering clients at check out. Our hospital is open Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm, one to two Saturday shifts per month will be necessary.
