Client Service Representatives are the face of the Bank, working with their team to directly service Bank clients. This is an impactful position, both for the Bank and for your clients. After thorough training, Androscoggin Bank's Client Service Representatives perform a wide variety of service tasks including teller functions, opening new checking and savings accounts/services along with handling moderately complex transactions professionally and accurately. In this role, you'll be responsible for understanding the financial needs of clients, and providing outstanding solutions-based service. You'll create strong relationships with clients enabling you to provide them with personalized service, including recognizing other financial service needs such as mortgages, commercial loans and investment services, and referring those customers to appropriate banking specialists. This 30 hours per week, full time position will be located in Auburn and includes some Saturday mornings (rotating coverage) until noon.
