About The Position
Greenwise is a fast-growing, sustainability-focused landscape and lawn care service provider, founded in 2007. We have expanded to offer a full range of landscape services to both residential and commercial clients, with three locations in Evanston, IL, Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee, WI, employing 110 team members across our branches. As we continue to grow significantly, we are seeking talented professionals to join our team in 2024. The Client Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the main point of contact for our clients in Milwaukee. This role involves managing and selling all aspects of a property owner's landscape needs, including turf care, regular maintenance, and enhancement work. The CSR will collaborate with our operations department and horticulture manager, estimate, propose, and manage small projects, and act as a liaison between clients and crews to ensure high-quality service delivery. An ideal candidate is passionate about the environment, possesses strong knowledge of lawn care and horticulture, and has excellent communication skills. The CSR will work closely with the Sales Manager, Client Relationship Administrators (CRA), Landscape Designers, and the operations team to facilitate the sale and execution of programs and projects. Responsibilities include shadowing and supporting the sales team for training, learning plant identification, setting client expectations, providing administrative support, and ensuring quality assurance on maintenance accounts and projects. As the CSR gains training and experience, they will handle more sales and accounts independently, with continued support as needed.
