About The Position

The Client Service Representative I position is based onsite in Shelton, CT, and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate skill and passion in delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience of moderate complexity. The representative will utilize multiple customer communication channels, which may include voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries.

Requirements
