The Client Service Representative I - Bilingual (Spanish) position involves answering and resolving telephone inquiries and requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. This is a temporary position, fully remote, with training lasting approximately 3-4 weeks, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST. After training, the schedule will be assigned with start times between 7:00 am and 10:30 am, including a rotating Saturday schedule. Candidates must meet work-from-home requirements, including a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum of 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed. The start date for this position is June 9th, and the pay rate is $17 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual candidates. Salary offers are based on various factors, including skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses.

  • Use professional spoken and written etiquette to respond to incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints competently and courteously.
  • Perform research and troubleshoot inquiries, following up with customers on unresolved issues.
  • Complete all required documentation associated with handling received requests while maintaining accurate records.
  • Report priority and critical matters to clients and relevant internal parties following established procedures.
  • Follow all policies regarding follow-up and shift change notification.
  • Provide complete and accurate information, education, and guidance to clients about business processes.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to keep immediate supervisor informed of client concerns.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements to maximize quality and efficiencies in the department.
  • Comply with company policies and governmental regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements.
  • One year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of operating office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental medical and laboratory terminology.
  • Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette to handle customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Five9.
  • Two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with wellness and toxicology platforms such as Wellness Engine, QLS, Powerterm, Kofax, QDRS, APEX, and others.
