Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of clinical veterinary experience required.
• Proficiency with technology, including iOS and EzyVet software.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution and empathy.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain a reliable transportation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
