Our clients can be sure that when they come to Broomfield Hospital, their pet is receiving the very best care. We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team!

Requirements

• Prior experience using EzyVet is highly preferred
• Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of client service experience is preferred
• Cornerstone experience is a definite plus
• Has basic knowledge of computers
• Able to maintain professionalism and provide top of the line customer service
• Has experience answering a multi-line phone system
• LOVES pets
• Is a motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing)
• Understands the importance of teamwork
• Has emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during some of the happiest and hardest times in their life

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility
• Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing them appropriately
• Admitting patients into the hospital
• Providing client education
• Maintaining a professional environment
• Upholding company Core Values
• Loving on pets
• Other duties as assigned
