About The Position

The Client Service Representative I is an entry-level position within a retail banking environment, responsible for managing a cash drawer and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding banking center functions, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to the profitability of the branch through accurate transactions and customer referrals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related sales or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate record of a cash drawer.
