The Client Service Officer I (CSO I In Training) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The Client Service Officer I (CSO I In Training) is responsible for assisting new and existing clients with establishing deposit products and services including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit accounts, online banking services, remote deposit capture and ACH services in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner. This includes opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates of deposits and assisting clients with bookkeeping and account problems. The CSO I In Training is also responsible for Teller functions, including balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals. The CSO I In Training answers client questions regarding the Bank's products and services and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. They are responsible for actively cross-selling the Bank's products and services, as well as for performing other functions such as signature verification and other clerical duties. The CSO I In Training will train alongside the Assistant Client Service Manager (ACSM) and the Regional Branch Administrator (RBA) to gain knowledge and skills necessary to learn the CSO role as well as to back-up the ACSM and learn to lead the branch and personnel in the absence of the ACSM. They will perform a variety of other daily tasks as assigned and assist the ACSM and the RBA with other duties and projects as required. The CSO I In Training performs all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
