As a Client Service Manager II, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate challenges and find solutions that make a real difference. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • A Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset to handle shifting priorities
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with teams across Gallagher

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Guide the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Address risk management needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
  • Mentor team members, fostering their growth through continuous learning and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and quality.
