About The Position

Build long-term client relationships by deeply understanding business goals and acting as a consistent, trusted partner across ongoing initiatives and campaigns. Identify growth opportunities within small to mid-sized AOR accounts, focusing on sustainable performance improvements and long-term value rather than one-off wins. Review reporting from the client’s business perspective, proactively surfacing insights, addressing risks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Manage multiple AOR accounts simultaneously, ensuring continuity, clear communication, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams and timelines. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to align execution with client priorities and maintain consistency across long-term engagements. Present campaign performance and insights clearly and concisely, translating data into actionable recommendations that support ongoing optimization and strategic decision-making. Maintain strong working knowledge of key digital advertising platforms (DV360, Meta, Google Ads), staying adaptable as tools, processes, and client needs evolve. Anticipate and resolve campaign and relationship challenges proactively, remaining flexible to client needs and market dynamics while continuously learning and improving.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools, with the ability to stay organized across multiple ongoing workstreams.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and genuine interest in building long-term client partnerships.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and navigate occasional time pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — always thinking a few steps ahead.
