Achieve Program Participants are engaged in an 18-month training program designed to prepare them for a Client Service Manager I (CSM I) role. Achieve Program Participants will build their knowledge, skills and experience through a combination of self-study, classroom/virtual/eLearning training and on-the-job application as they work in one of our Branches performing Client Service Associate-level work. Achieve Program Participants have an opportunity to be promoted into a Client Service Manager I role after they successfully complete all of the program requirements, which includes effectively managing all accounts assigned to them during the course of the program and applying what they learned to their role in the Branch.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Effective Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook applications to create, refine, and send documents.
  • Able to use technology to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Successful completion of the state insurance exam within 90 days of your start date.
  • You will be asked to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL for a total of 3-4 weeks within the first year of the program. Travel costs are covered by Gallagher.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's OR Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
