The Private Market group of Fidelity Stock Plan Services is looking for an energetic, engaging individual to join our client services team as a Client Service Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is supporting users of the Fidelity Private Shares (FPS) platform—through inbound support tickets, our self-help library, and other educational materials. In addition, you will assist in gathering and assembling client data for our implementation process as needed. This involves reviewing and organizing client cap table data for import into the FPS platform, so attention to detail and comfort with numbers and data is essential. Alongside this work, you will consult with our developers to solve problems and communicate customer feedback to our product team. This role will also provide opportunities to help support other initiatives that our client service team undertakes.

  • Support users of the Fidelity Private Shares (FPS) platform through inbound support tickets and self-help resources.
  • Gather and assemble client data for the implementation process.
  • Review and organize client cap table data for import into the FPS platform.
  • Consult with developers to solve problems and communicate customer feedback.
  • Support other initiatives undertaken by the client service team.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting customers in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward.
  • Empathetic and tech-savvy with an interest in working with startups.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or a similar ticket tracking product is helpful.
  • Familiarity with equity management platforms.
